Kelly Olson is a founding partner of Mitchell Lang & Smith LLP.  He graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Economics in 1970 and obtained his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1974.  He was a partner in the firm of Hershiser, Mitchell Olson, Gheen & Lehner prior to the formation of Mitchell Lang & Smith in 1981.  Mr. Olson practices in the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington.  He has 34 years of litigation experience with over 100 jury trials.  His practice is almost exclusively civil litigation and includes personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, construction defect, and liquor liability
