Richard " Dick" L. Lang, Senior Partner (Retired) is one of the founding named partners of the firm. Mr. Lang represented clients for over 39 years before retiring in 2001.  He graduated from the University of Portland with a B.A. in 1955. He graduated from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1962.  He was a member of Delta Theta Phi.  Mr. Lang is currently an inactive member of the Oregon State Bar.
