William " Bill" H. Mitchell, Senior Partner (Retired) is one of the founding named partners of the firm. Mr. Mitchell represented clients for over 32 years before retiring in 1997.  He graduated from University of Washington in 1953 with a B.A. in Business.  He graduated from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1965.
