Scott Meyer is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 25 years experience practicing exclusively in civil litigation.  After clerking for a year in federal court, he joined Mitchell, Lang & Smith in 1982.  Mr. Meyer has been a partner in the firm since 1988 and was managing partner from 1995-2002.  He served as a Pro Tem Judge in Multnomah County from 1992-1995, presiding over several jury trials and pre-trial motions.  As an adjunct professor of law, he taught Evidence at Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College from 1991 to 1994.
