Robert Sokol graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2001. He earned his J.D. from The University of Oregon School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Sokol was a managing editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation and a co-administrator of a landlord-tenant law pro bono program. He has also worked as a law clerk for the Jefferson County Prosecutor's Office in Washington State and for the Torts and Employment Section of the Oregon Department of Justice's Trial Division. Prior to joining Mitchell, Lang & Smith in 2008, he represented employers and insurers in workers' compensation litigation and served as a judicial clerk for Circuit Court Judge Youlee Yim You in Multnomah County. Mr. Sokol is admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon.
