Novelle Ballard is a seasoned trial lawyer with over fifteen years of trial experience. She serves as an Arbitrator by appointment of Kitsap and Clallam County Superior Courts. Ms. Ballard joined Mitchell, Lang & Smith in 2001. She practices in Superior Courts in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, Island and Whatcom counties.
