Novelle Ballard is a seasoned trial lawyer with over fifteen years of trial experience. She serves as an Arbitrator by appointment of Kitsap and Clallam County Superior Courts. Ms. Ballard joined Mitchell, Lang & Smith in 2001. She practices in Superior Courts in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, Island and Whatcom counties. Ms. Ballard also advises clients in the area of employment law.
